Anthropologie commissioned me to create a co-branded bicycle combining Signal and Anthropologie's aesthetic values that would be tailored to their customer base. The design brief was heavily inspired by the idea of summer-time picnics in the park.
I developed multiple product concepts from initial design engineering through final paint scheme and presented for client approval. The final design was a lifestyle bike with a fully equipped picnic basket fitted to a custom front rack and a step-through frame.
I supervised a local Portland bicycle manufacturer to build the final design and coordinated the shipping and assembly of the bicycles to multiple Anthropologie stores across the country.
